By thinking outside the square, Paul Davies developed the One Agency licensing model, providing the perfect opportunity for agency owners or sales agents to embrace business ownership. Unifying their own trading identity with a respected and recognisable International network, established 2008, now 700+ strong across Australia, New Zealand and Fiji. The model allows owners to cost-effectively set up and operate a One Agency business, with or without an office premises, and, most importantly, keep 100% of their fees.

One Agency is a breakthrough in thinking … a revolution in property. Many established agents would love the opportunity to move their business away from the constraints of the typical franchise operation, which is restrictive and expensive, and retain all of their fees. Similarly, independent businesses often look to become part of a broader real estate network which offers camaraderie, support from fellow agents and advanced marketing and prospecting tools.

One Agency is a solution to both of these scenarios. Featuring a single affordable monthly administration fee, (no other ongoing fees) the One Agency model removes the usual complexities and cost when starting or rebranding a business which have traditionally been barriers.

One Agency founder, Paul Davies has been in the real estate industry since 1972, initially as a leading sales agent working for a principal, giving up 50% of his income to the agency. He then owned a number of successful boutique agencies and national franchises including Ray White and PRDnationwide. Paul found that large operating costs consumed profitability and were a constant threat to survival of the agency.

The model is a perfect cost-effective alternative for existing businesses looking to rebrand and sales agents realising their dreams for business ownership. importantly, there is no paying a percentage of your fees to a franchise operation.

The model allows your trading name to be the name that sells, with the backing of the One Agency brand and network behind you.
