Christmas is almost here after an extremely busy and productive year at One Agency.
We’ve seen tremendous growth in the business and 2014 is already shaping up as we continue to welcome new members into our group.
We ran two very successful conferences in July and November at Brighton Le Sands which had record attendance and a great deal of knowledge sharing among our members. One of the big advantages of joining One Agency is the mutually supportive culture of our group and I’m pleased to say that this goes from strength to strength as we grow.
Tom Panos presented at both conferences, he gave us many useful tools to help build and grow both our businesses and our lives. If you’d like a recap of his presentations or if you didn’t make it to the conferences you can watch some videos we made of him here.
More and more agents are sitting up and taking notice of how strong the One Agency brand is becoming in the marketplace.
Steve Carroll from realestate.com.au also gave a great presentation about the digital revolution in real estate.
2013 also brought some fantastic new branded promotional products to the group and I’d like to say ONE big thank you to Annie Davies who worked extremely hard to bring new ideas to our range. You can download the One Agency Promo Catalogue here.
In September we announced that we had reached 100 people on the website. It was a very proud moment for us. More and more agents are sitting up and taking notice of how strong the One Agency brand is becoming in the marketplace and we look forward to welcoming some of them into our group in the coming months.
It’s a great credit to Rita and Karin here at Head Office who have managed the incredible growth in such a short amount of time.
We’ve also been busy building our social media channels with the help of our Media Consultant, Susanne Mitchell who has also produced our videos, a weekly blog and brought us industry news and knowledge via our Facebook pages. Check out our blog pages here and our videos here.
Thank you to all our members who contributed an interview for our ‘One Great Agent’ articles and to those we interviewed on video. We’re looking forward to showcasing individual members over the next 12 months and would welcome your feedback for other topics you would like to see us cover in 2014.
